subscription terms

These subscription terms apply when Settle offers paid premium features through the Apple App Store.

1. premium access

Settle premium can unlock features such as deeper insights, full history, PDF export, and custom reminders.

The exact features included in each plan are shown in the app before purchase.

2. plans and pricing

Available subscription plans, prices, billing periods, introductory offers, and trials are displayed in the app and in Apple's purchase sheet.

Prices vary by country, currency, tax treatment, and App Store storefront.

3. billing

Subscriptions purchased in the iOS app are billed by Apple through your App Store account.

Apple handles payment processing, renewal charges, receipts, billing questions, and refund requests.

BLANKPAGE ENTERPRISE SRL does not receive your full payment card details.

4. auto-renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Your App Store account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends, according to Apple's rules and the plan shown at purchase.

5. cancellation

You can manage or cancel a subscription in Apple ID subscription settings.

Cancellation stops future renewal charges.

Paid access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

6. refunds

Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple.

Apple's refund portal is available at https://reportaproblem.apple.com.

7. trials and offers

Any free trial or introductory offer is shown before purchase.

After a trial ends, the subscription renews at the displayed price unless you cancel before the trial period ends.

8. price changes

Apple will notify you if an active subscription requires your consent for a price increase.

When consent is required and you decline, the subscription ends according to Apple's process.
