These terms govern your use of Settle, an iOS app operated by BLANKPAGE ENTERPRISE SRL.

By using Settle, you agree to these terms.

1. who we are

Settle is operated by BLANKPAGE ENTERPRISE SRL, the company behind Blankpage Studio.

2. what settle does

Settle helps you record bowel movements, symptoms, meals, notes, reminders, and personal gut health patterns.

The app is for personal tracking and self-observation.

Settle does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency assistance, or clinical monitoring.

3. your responsibility

You are responsible for the information you enter and the choices you make from it.

Use Settle as a diary, not as a medical decision system.

Always seek qualified professional care for medical questions, persistent symptoms, severe symptoms, blood in stool, unexpected weight loss, fever, dehydration, or any urgent concern.

4. license to use the app

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Settle on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to these terms and Apple's App Store rules.

The app, design, name, software, and related materials remain owned by BLANKPAGE ENTERPRISE SRL or its licensors.

5. your entries

Your diary entries belong to you.

Settle stores your entries locally on your device, with optional iCloud sync through your Apple ID.

You grant us only the rights needed to operate app features you request, such as displaying entries, calculating insights, scheduling reminders, syncing through iCloud, and creating exports.

6. acceptable use

You agree to use Settle lawfully and only for personal purposes.

You must not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it, bypass purchase controls, use it to violate another person's rights, or attempt to access data that is not yours.

7. premium features and subscriptions

Settle can offer premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions.

The available plans, prices, billing periods, trial details, and included features are shown before purchase inside the app and in the App Store purchase sheet.

Subscriptions are billed by Apple through your App Store account. Renewal, cancellation, refunds, and payment method management are handled through your Apple ID settings and Apple's App Store systems.

Cancellation stops future renewals. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple.

8. health disclaimer

Settle's insights show patterns from your own entries.

A food pattern, symptom trend, or export is not a diagnosis and does not prove causation.

Healthcare professionals remain responsible for medical evaluation, advice, diagnosis, and treatment.

9. availability and changes

We can update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features.

For paid features, we will preserve your access for the paid period or provide a remedy required by applicable law.

App features depend on iOS, iCloud, App Store billing, device storage, notification permissions, and other Apple services outside our control.

10. support

Support requests go to hey@blankpage-studio.com.

We provide reasonable support for the app, but Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Settle.

11. warranties

Settle is provided as is and as available.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

Mandatory consumer rights remain fully protected.

12. limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, BLANKPAGE ENTERPRISE SRL is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or loss-of-data damages arising from Settle.

Our total liability for claims related to Settle is limited to the greater of 50 EUR or the amount you paid for Settle premium features in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. apple-specific terms

These terms are between you and BLANKPAGE ENTERPRISE SRL, not Apple.

Apple is not responsible for Settle or its content.

If Settle fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you can notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price where required by Apple's rules. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for Settle.

Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to Settle, including product liability claims, regulatory claims, consumer protection claims, or intellectual property claims.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and can enforce the Apple-specific terms against you.

14. termination

You can stop using Settle at any time.

We can suspend or end access if you violate these terms, create legal risk, bypass purchase controls, or misuse the app.

Termination ends your license to use Settle.

15. governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, this choice of law does not remove mandatory consumer protections from your country of residence.

Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

16. changes to these terms

We update these terms when Settle changes or legal requirements change.

Continued use after the updated terms take effect means you accept the new version.
